Taurie Roman MS, LCMHC

Taurie holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Canisius College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the Rochester Institute of Technology. I currently hold a license to practice in North Carolina, LCMHC.

Taurie has expertise working with children, teens, families, and adults in the areas of eating disorders, ADD, anxiety, depression, autism, grief and loss, relationship issues and communication, stress management & coping skills, and self-esteem. 

Taurie’s approach is heavily reliant on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment theory.

Sara Pascucci MS, LCMHC

Sara received a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Missouri.

Sara has expertise working with children, teens, adolescents, and adults in the areas of depression, anxiety, parenting issues, pregnancy, prenatal, and post-partum, relational issues, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, life transitions, OCD, self-esteem, marital and premarital. 

Sara utilizes a variety of approaches, including person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, attachment theory, acceptance and commitment therapy, child-centered play, and conscious parenting.
