Taurie Roman MS, LCMHC

Taurie holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Canisius College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Taurie currently hold a license to practice in North Carolina, LCMHC.

Taurie has expertise working with children, teens, families, and adults in the areas of eating disorders, ADD, anxiety, depression, autism, grief and loss, relationship issues and communication, stress management & coping skills, and self-esteem.


Taurie’s approach is heavily reliant on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment theory.

Bianca Hodge MSW, LCSWA

Bianca holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Fayetteville State University. Her education highlights her dedication to normalizing mental health issues and assisting individuals, adolescents, and youth in reaching their personal objectives.

 With over eleven years of experience, she specializes in working with neurodivergent individuals, those facing mood disorders, processing trauma, and managing anxiety. Bianca holistically employees a solution focused approach to navigating the stressors of life and setting achievable goals.

Utilizing evidence-based therapies like CBT and DBT, Bianca fosters emotional well-being and personal empowerment, aiming to dismantle stigma and create supportive environments for her clients to thrive.

La Gretta Williams MSW, LCSWA

La Gretta holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the Texas A&M University and a Bachelor’s degree at the University of Arkansas. In therapy, it is La Gretta’s goal to create a warm and safe space where clients feel seen and heard.

La Gretta’s approach is focused on deconstructing harmful belief systems and empowering clients to explore their own personal truths. La Gretta’s aim is to help clients embrace their authentic self and cultivate a transformative life. La Gretta has experience working with clients who face various challenges, including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, family relationship difficulties, and life transitions.

La Gretta’s treatment modality is grounded in compassion and cultural sensitivity, and utilizes a variety of evidenced-based therapeutic approaches including ACT, DBT, CBT and EMDR.
